Q03 Does this lower TDS/ppm of the municipal water? I know it's not an RO system that would drop the TDS to single digits.

No. This system does not reduce the TDS as it only removes sediments, chlorine, VOCs and floating particles that cause cloudy water. Minerals that are bigger than 5 microns will be broken down into smaller particles which allows them to flow through the filter. This will cause the TDS of the water to remain the same or even a slight increase.
